Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 is required to secure the agreed date and hire items on the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event and is also non-refundable, as the items on your invoice removes those from our stock and therefore we can not hire it to other potential customers. Confirmation will be needed 1 month prior to your event of any changes to your invoice. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that all the hire items on the invoice will be required by yourselves and paid in full 4 weeks prior.

All hire items are shown in £’s sterling and do not include delivery, set up and collection fee. You will be informed of the amount at the point of quote.

Damages/ Theft/ Breakages

If any of the above occurs during the time you have any hire items, There will be an additional charge to fix or replace any problems. The fee will have to be paid within 30 days of the invoice sent to you.

Responsibility

Once delivered, you will be fully responsible for the hire items, so you will be using the items at your own risk. Therefore we will not accept any fault of injury. We will not be held responsible for any damage to your venue/house caused by any hire items. Please be aware that all hire items are your responsibility from when we set up, to when we have collected.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all hire items fit in the venue/house and are allowed. We will not be held responsible for any items that we are unable to install and no refund will be given on these items.

All of our games are designed for children 4 and above due to choking hazards. It is your responsibility that all hire items are only used by the correct aged children.

Weather Conditions

As everyone is aware, the weather is very unpredictable and we will not be able to give any refund if the hire items can not be used due to the weather. However, we can change the date depending on availability. Blossom and fig has the final say, to which you will be informed at all times. The outdoor items have to stay dry and it is your responsibility to ensure that the condition of the games or pallets do not get damaged by the weather. We will provide covers for all the hired items just in case it rains after we have set up.

Delivery charges

The price of the hired items do not include a delivery, set up and collection fee. You will be informed of the fee at quotation point, then it will be added to your invoice dependent on the location of the party.

Hire Period

All hire items will be delivered and picked up at the agreed times.

Orders

We reserve the right to substitute a like for like design if breakages or lost items have occurred as a result of a previous customer order. We will try our hardest to source stock in time for your event and you will be communicated at all of tims of any changes.

Invoice

Please ensure you have read the invoice thoroughly, checked the date of the event and the location. Also check the quantity of each item is correct.
